How Gentleform handles your data.

When you purchase a Gentleform product, we receive your Etsy order number and the email address you used to buy. When you fill out the questionnaire on our site, we store the answers you provide so we can generate your personalized plan and deliver it back to you.

We do not collect payment information directly — purchases go through Etsy, who handle billing and tax under their own privacy policies.

Your email and questionnaire answers are used to generate your plan and to send transactional emails (your questionnaire link, your plan-ready notification, refresh reminders). We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

We use the following third-party processors to deliver the product:

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — database for orders, buyer records, and generated plans.
• Anthropic — AI generation (Claude API). Your questionnaire answers are sent to Anthropic to produce your plan.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Etsy — original purchase platform; we receive your order number and email from them via the normal Etsy buyer flow.

Your buyer record and generated plans persist so you can return to your access page at gentleform.co/me/... and use refresh credits over time. If you’d like your data deleted, email support@gentleform.co and we’ll remove it within a reasonable window.

We don’t use tracking cookies. The only cookies our site sets are short-lived session cookies needed for navigation and form submission.

If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Email support@gentleform.co with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days.
