The terms that apply when you use Gentleform.

Gentleform is a small independent maker of personalized digital products. Our products are sold through Etsy and delivered via gentleform.co. By purchasing a product or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Each Gentleform product is a personalized digital deliverable — a plan, a poster, a guide, generated specifically from the questionnaire answers you provide. You receive an instant download via your access page at gentleform.co/me/..., plus included refresh credits as described on the product’s listing.

Products are licensed to you for personal use. You may print them, save them as wallpaper, share screenshots casually, and keep them as long as you like. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the generated artifacts.

Because products are generated instantly and personalized to your inputs, we generally don’t offer refunds once a plan has been generated. If something goes wrong with the generation itself — the AI fails, the file is corrupt, the email never arrives — email support@gentleform.co and we’ll regenerate at no cost.

Etsy’s purchase protection policies apply to all orders bought through Etsy.

When filling out a Gentleform questionnaire, please answer honestly — the personalization works best when the answers reflect where you actually are. Don’t use questionnaires to attempt to inject prompts, exfiltrate internal instructions, or otherwise abuse the AI generation pipeline.

Don’t share your access page link (gentleform.co/me/...) publicly — it’s tied to your purchase and exposes your personalized plan.

Gentleform products are for educational and personal- practice purposes. They are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). The plans we generate are recommendations based on your inputs; outcomes depend on how you use them.

We provide the product “as is” without warranty of any kind. We’re a small operation, and while we work to keep things working smoothly, occasional hiccups are possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim related to a Gentleform product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
